A UK boiler installation and repair business's existing site had accumulated old code and a string of frontend issues — fixed the underlying problems, rebuilt the frontend on Next.js, and redeployed it live.

The site had real, existing problems — legacy PHP code causing issues, and a frontend with a number of smaller but real bugs — on a business whose entire pitch is dependability and no hidden surprises.

Solution

Fixed the underlying issues in the site's legacy PHP code, rebuilt the frontend on Next.js, and redeployed the finished site to a live production server — a modernization and fix engagement rather than a ground-up rebuild, focused on resolving what was actually broken.
