How we handle your data.

Last updated: 7 September 2026

Logiccel ("we", "us") is a software engineering company based in Liverpool, UK. This page explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what your rights are over it.

What we collect

The only personal data we collect directly is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your company name, project type, budget range and project description. We don't use cookies, and we don't track you across other sites.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry — to understand what you're asking about and reply. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

How it's processed

Contact form submissions are sent by email via Resend (our transactional email provider) to our own inbox. This site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard web request data (like IP address) as part of serving the pages — this is normal for any hosted website and isn't used to identify you personally.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand overall traffic and page performance. Both are cookieless by design — they don't use tracking cookies or collect personally identifiable information, only aggregated, anonymised usage data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to respond to you and, where a project goes ahead, for the duration of that engagement. If you'd like your data deleted sooner, just ask — see contact details below.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, request it be corrected or deleted, and object to how it's used. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below.
